Icatu is/was a big insurance company in Brazil.

Back in 2014, working in Brazil, this project was some sort of a virtual shop to purchase insurance. The user starts to choose which type of insurance he wants, simulate/choose how much he wants to pay, enter his personal information and made the payment. There are two types of payments: debit and credit.

It has integration with payments with an API. The user has a small back office where he could see and manage the insurances that he bought.
